You can pay for your order via PayPal or via your Bank Card (Visa/Mastercard) with our secure systems.
Packages are generally dispatched within 8 days of receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
The packages are well protected.
We deliver to the EU zone except England and Germany for an additional price compared to France.

We ship your package within 8 days, subject to available stock.
In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (error in model, size, etc.), the complaint must be made by email in the contact section on our website www.atan.fr within 7 days. from receipt of the product.
Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to Atan new and in its original packaging. Failing this, Atan will not make any exchange or refund.
If the error comes from Atan, the return costs will be borne by Atan. If the error comes from the customer, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Any refund will be made by any means of payment within 14 days of receipt in Atan’s warehouses of the package returned by the customer.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged and/or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be taken back or exchanged under the guarantee.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Atan.
The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
The product under warranty will be, at the choice of the manufacturer, exchanged or repaired.
